Harry Z's Early Music Extravaganzq In-Person

This concert brings together select area music groups to give a rousing send-off for one of our longtime colleagues. Harry Z Davis, a local troubadour, is off to Arizona in the fall. Harry and others share this moment to recap favorite music of the Renaissance and Baroque periods. Come and hear “hits” by composers Michael Praetorius, Anthony Holborne, Giovanni Gastoldi and others, played on replica instruments. The groups Ferndale Viol Consort, Cherry Hill Consort, Old Oaks Renaissance Consort and A Reasonable Facsimile will play separately and then combine for a Renaissance “big band,” numbering 10 or more players.
