Plant Based 101: Eating to Improve Your Health and Protect the Environment

We will share practical tips on how to incorporate more plant-based meals into your lifestyle and you will have the opportunity to sample delicious plant-based appetizers. Presented by Kim Korona and Katie Johnson of VegMichigan. Kim Korona has a M.Ed. from Cambridge College in affiliation with the Institute for Humane Education and Katie Johnson holds a M.S. in Humane Leadership from Humane Society University.
