Yoga and Meditation
Join Kathryn of ZENutrition for a refreshing start to your day with yoga and meditation at the library! On select Tuesdays from April through June, Kathryn will guide you through a half-hour session designed to center your mind and body. All levels are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary. Sessions begin at 9 a.m., making it the perfect way to bring calm and focus to your morning. Starting April 1st sessions will be every other Tuesday, except for a bonus day on June 3rd.
