History of the English Language, Part IV: Now and into the Future In-Person
Historian Jim Glenn continues his look at American English word and phrase origins. He'll also look at changes that are occurring in word usage, pronunciation, grammatical forms, the powerful influences of mass media and communications generally. Finally, he'll consider possible future developments in our ever-changing language. Those attending, need not of attended the previous sessions.
