Mindful Relaxation: Are you an owl, a lark, or a hummingbird?
This final lecture in the "Brain & Body Health" series will reveal the importance and lasting effects both relaxation and sleep have on achieving and maintaining brain health. Actual measurable results in brain growth can be achieved by taking out a few minutes each day using the techniques Kathy Housey will be offering during this session. She will also present the latest findings on the effects of sleep patterns on the brain and offer tips for getting a better night of sleep.
