Ethnic Cooking

Culinary instructor Mary Spencer will prepare a variety of ethnic dishes reflecting the diverse cultures in metro Detroit.  Mary will prepare panzanella (Italian bread and tomato salad), Hungarian chicken paprikash, and warm Indian rice pudding.  Samples and recipes will be provided.  Registration appreciated, 313-791-3800.
