The American Cheese Revolution In-Person
We are living through a cheese revolution! Join Zach Berg, Certified Cheese Professional (American Cheese Society), as he guides us through a tasting and a discussion of the current renaissance in artisan cheeses and how it represents a revolution. We will touch on a brief explanation of how cheeses are made and classified. While we discuss the history of the American cheese industry and its transformation from colonial outpost, to industrial powerhouse, and now finally to a cheese culture based on deep-rooted sense of identity and place.
