T'ai Chi for Everyone! In-Person

T’ai Chi pays attention to the ancient Chinese wisdom of exploring the mind and body connection.  The practice of T’ai Chi can help reduce stress, increase flexibility, improve muscle strength and balance, reduce the risk of falling and increase a feeling of well-being.  In these two sessions, T’ai Chi Master Hildegard Neumann will be explaining some of the history of this martial art and introduce the actual practice of the Yang style of T’ai Chi.  She will show and explain moves that are very basic and fun to do.  Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes when you come to this program.
