Happy Laughter Yoga

No Yoga mat required! We will be engaging in laughing, clapping, playing, breathing deeply and stretching our bodies gently.  We will not be using jokes, humor or comedy. "Pretend Laughter" is initiated through exercises as directed by Lynne West, the Laughter Leader. Through laughing, playing and making eye contact, the laughter quickly becomes real and it is VERY contagious! Participating in Laughter Yoga will leave you feeling energized, happy, connected to one another, and less stressed.
