Addictive Behaviors
In addition to substances like drugs and alcohol, people can be addicted to behaviors, such as gambling, shopping, eating, and playing computer games. How do you know when these normal activities become an addiction? Terrence Shulman, founder/director of The Shulman Center for Compulsive Theft, Spending, and Hoarding, will provide an overview and help you distinguish between normal, problematic, and addictive behaviors.
