Wine 101 (Registration required)

Sommelier Jim Paron will explain the winemaking process, varieties of grapes, major wine-growing regions, and styles of wine. Learn wine terminology, how to read a wine label, and how to describe wine while sampling five wines. Finally, get tips on how to buy, serve, and preserve wine. Must be 21 or older. Space is limited and registration is required, 313-791-3800.
